Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 5/11/2023. At the time of entrance six residents were in care with one staff providing care. The sample size consisted of two resident records and two staff records. Resident and staff records and other documentation were reviewed. No new staff have been hired since the previous inspection conducted on 6/27/2022. Medication is not administered at this facility. An exit meeting was conducted to review the inspection findings. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
