Census 56 Number of records reviewed and interviews conducted- 3 records, 9 interviews. All facility self-reported incidents since the last inspection were reviewed on this date. There was an allegation of neglect for resident in care. The was no evidence to support this allegation and it was determined to be not valid. There was a violation cited at the time of inspection.

Description:	Based on direct observation by the licensing inspector and facility staff, it was determined that the facility failed to have a schedule of activities posted as required. Evidence: The activity calendar for the month was not posted in the facility as required.
Plan of Correction:	The Branch staff will ensure that all activity calendars are posted as required.
