An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 7/25/23 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/20/23. Building and Grounds were inspected and interviews were completed. No violations were cited during the inspection. An exit meeting was held. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standard(s) or law.
