Date(s) of inspection and time the licensing inspector was on-site at the facility for each day of the inspection: 8/28/23 (7:50 AM - 8:45 AM).
An unannounced focused monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/28/23 to follow-up on a high-risk violation that was cited on 4/4/23. Medication administration and resident records were observed. An exit meeting was held.
The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
