Date of Inspection: November 29 & 30, 2023 Type of Inspection: Renewal inspection Census: 171 Number of records reviewed and interviews conducted- 8 records, 6 interviews. All facility self-reported incidents since the last inspection were reviewed on this date. The Licensing Inspector observed residents eating lunch and participating in activity programs. This licensing inspector observed medication administration and compared physician orders to medications available to administer to residents. The licensing inspector also toured the kitchen and verified emergency food and water were in place in case of an emergency.
