Children were observed participating in various activities in the classrooms, playing outside, eating lunch, and during rest period. Records were reviewed for five children and nine staff were reviewed during the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-032-A Description: Based on a review of the emergency drill log, it was determined that the vendor did not ensure that the lockdown procedures are practiced annually. Evidence: 1. There was no documentation to demonstrate that the lockdown procedures were practiced during 2017. 2. Administrative staff was unable to locate the facility's emergency drill log, and confirmed they would be unable to provide documentation during the inspection to demonstrate that a lockdown drill was completed in 2017. Plan of Correction: The vendor responded: We will ensure that we complete a lockdown drill annually and document the drill on the emergency drill log.
