Today's visit was a routine monitoring inspection. The inspection began at 2:20pm and concluded at 4:20pm. There were thirty seven children present with four staff members. During the inspection arrival of children was observed, snack time was observed, homework time was observed, five out of forty-five children's records were reviewed, the sites emergency plan was viewed, emergency supplies were viewed, and some policies and procedures were reviewed. Description: Based on the inspector's review of the records to log emergency drills, the center failed to ensure two shelter in place drills were practiced and documented annually. Evidence: Shelter in place drills have not been documented since 2016. Two shelter in place drills a year are required to be practiced and documented.

Plan of Correction: The site will practice and log two shelter in place drills a year. This requirement will reviewed with all site directors.
