Comments:
Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced complaint inspection conducted June 4, 2018 which was held from 12:50p.m. to 1:15p.m. and from 2:10p.m. to 3:15p.m. At the time of arrival there were 16 children in the care of seven staff members. There were 35 children enrolled in the program. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on May 23, 2018. The complaint was regarding Part VI, the Programs section of the licensing standards. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid." There were no violations of the licensing standards cited. Six staff members were interviewed and five staff members' records were reviewed for updates. If you have any questions, I may be contacted at (540) 280-0742.
