- Technical Assistance:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 12:52pm to 03:07pm. The children were observed resting on cots. The school agers were returning from a field trip swimming. The infants were observed playing on the floor with their teacher and resting. Snack was to consist of wheat crackers with cucumbers and ranch dip. The lunch/snack menu was posted. All classrooms and playgrounds were inspected today. Five children?s records and five employee records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is being administered, however the center did not have any being administered at this time. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill:06/29/2018 Shelter-in-place drills: 04/11/2018 Last fire inspection: 03/28/2018 Last health inspection: 07/02/2018 Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Infants ?4:1 Toddlers ?5:1(rest time ratio) Twos ? 12:1(rest time ratio) Preschool (Threes) ?13:1(rest time ratio) Pre-K-10:1 (rest time ratio) School Age ? 12:1 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
