Discussed procedures for staff/child ratios and obtaining extra staff when needed.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 7:05am to 8:00am. 4 children were present with 3 staff members at the beginning of the inspection. Ratios remained in compliance throughout the inspection. The physical space, 4 staff records, 5 staff records, attendance records, evacuation drills, the menu and required posted documents were reviewed. Medication procedures were in compliance. The children were observed working on crafts, playing games and interacting with staff members. Interactions were positive. No violations were cited.
