Had a discussion with the site supervisor regarding the placement of the most recent inspection notices - the most recent inspection summary and violation notice must be located in a conspicuous location visible to parents at all times.

Comments:
Today an unannounced renewal study was conducted beginning at 2:40pm and ended at 4:30pm. There were 29 children present today with 2 staff. Children were observed playing in small groups (card games, arts and crafts, coloring) and practicing for a talent show in the gym. Children?s records, medications and emergency drills were reviewed. Staff records are reviewed annually in the administrative office. Please email me at whitney.mcgrath@dss.virginia.gov with any questions or clarification needed.
