Comments:
An unannounced focused inspection was completed on May 1, 2019 from approximately 9:30a.m. to 10:45a.m. to review compliance with specific standards. Eleven children were in care and six staff were on premises during the inspection. Staff and children were observed in classrooms, engaged in activities to include a name recognition exercise and learning letters. Interviews and interactions were conducted, medication records were reviewed and the outside space was inspected. The Owner/Director and Office Manager were available for the inspection and present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee.
