An unannounced inspection was completed on October 24, 2019 from approximately 10:30 a.m. to 12:30p.m. in response to a complaint received on September 25, 2019 regarding supervision of children and procedures for emergencies. The investigation was initiated and completed on October 24, 2019. Staff, children and the classroom space was observed and staff were interviewed as related to the complaint. The director/owner was available for the inspection and was present for the exit interview at which time the inspection findings were reviewed. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
