A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/13/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 52 infant to preschool aged children in care with 10 staff members and 1 administrator. Children were observed participating in instructional time in the classroom, indoor play, lunch, transitioning between activities, and toileting and hand washing. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Injury reports were also reviewed. The Director reported that no medications are being administered at this time. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
