The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection from 1:50 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. There were 34 children in care with staff supervising at all times. The director was also present. Children were observed getting up from rest time, washing hands, having a snack, playing at centers, in the gym, and getting off of the head start bus. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. Violations from the last inspection had been corrected. No medications were being administered.
