During inspection staff was reminded to conduct drill at all times of the school day and of upcoming expiration of medication.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:50am-1:40pm. There were 57 children (2-6yrs.) directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, and eating lunch consisting of dirty rice and fruit . There was an ample supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Evidence: During inspection documentation for completed annual training for Staff C and D were not available
