54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were no children in care during today's inspection. A sample of 2 children's records, 1 caregiver record, and 2 household member records were reviewed. The physical plant, emergency policies and procedures were also reviewed. No medications were reported to be on site. The provider is current with the following certifications: CPR and First Aid. Records for the household pet were reviewed. An area of non-compliance is identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the Provider. Inspection conducted 3:00pm-3:45pm.
