Technical Assistance:
An exit interview was conducted with the provider to discuss the results of today's inspection. Consultation was given regarding barrier crimes/background investigations.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, June 24, 2015 to determine the provider's compliance with licensing standards. The inspection was initiated at 11:15am and concluded approximately 1:30pm. In attendance were 7 children totaling 12 points being supervised by the provider. Children were observed counting blocks, reciting ABC's, coloring pictures, playing with toys, and preparing for lunch. Today's lunch consisted of pizza, green beans, corn, and milk. Children books, toys, and equipment were inspected and found to be age appropriate and in operable condition. All rooms of the home were inspected to include the rear yard with no hazards found. The family day home had the following postings displayed on the wall upon entering the home. The family day home had the required first aid kit, fire extinguisher, weather band radio, and emergency supplies. Three children and household member records were inspected with the required information found. The following was also inspected: fire drill log, shelter-in-place drills, emergency preparedness plan, parent agreements, and other pertinent information. The provider continues to offer transportation and is registered with the USDA food program. Previous violations were found corrected and brought into compliance.
