- Technical Assistance:
The apartment balcony is off limits to children in care.
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted to modify the address of the license. Provider has moved into an apartment and is limited to 5 children based on Fairfax County zoning regulations. Two rooms in use for day care purposes (kitchen and living room as well as shared bathroom). Two children were present with the provider for four points with one caregiver. Children were engaged in free play, coloring and using "Dot" paints, transition to lunch. Lunch served today was beans and rice, chicken nuggets, oranges and milk. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 10 calendar days from date of receipt.
