Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated today at 2:50pm. The physical plant, 3 caregiver/household member files, 4 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected today. There were 10 children, totaling 18 points, under the supervision of 3 caregivers. Today, the children played outside, worked on writing letters of the alphabet, enjoyed free play and resting at nap time. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served chick peas, rice, mixed vegetables, strawberries and milk. There are currently 2 caregivers certified in MAT (medication administration training), CPR and First Aid. All previous violations were corrected.
