An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 18, 2016. The provider was present with an assistant and 7 children. (19 points) An infant was sleeping in a crib, 1 was rocking in a swing, and the 2 toddlers, 2 preschool children and 1 school age child were playing with various toys and games. Records for staff and children had been reviewed at the previous inspection and were not reviewed today. Inspection began: 2:00 Inspection ended: 3:05

Description: Based on a review of documentation and information from the provider, the emergency evacuation procedures had not been practiced in the month of June.

Plan of Correction: Drills will be conducted monthly and documented.
