54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
An announced Initial inspection was conducted today. There are currently no children enrolled in the program. Two adult files were reviewed. Both were complete. Provider is MAT certified. There are 2 IKEA cribs assembled for use when needed. Manufacture dates are 1615, (YYWW), 1518 (YYWW). If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at 703-479-4678. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-760-A-1 Description: Based upon a review of first aid supplies, the first aid kit is incomplete. Evidence: Missing items include: thermometer, scissors, and 2 triangular bandages. Plan of Correction: I will purchase these items.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-320-A Description: Based upon direct observation, small appliances were not unplugged while not in use. Evidence: A toaster over, toaster, and water pot were plugged in while not in use in the kitchen. Plan of Correction: Unplugged during the inspection. I will remind everyone to unplug the appliances.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-690-E Description: There is no foot operated diaper disposal can in place. Plan of Correction: I will buy a new can.
