The physical space, 3 staff records, 3 children's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing outside, eating lunch, interacting with the caregivers and napping. 6 infants were present with 6 cribs available. There was an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate activities available.

Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-760-A

Plan of Correction: Triangular bandage is included in the first aid box.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-50-A
Description: Based on review, the family day home failed to keep a written record of children in attendance. Evidence: The caregiver was unable to provide the attendance document.
