Discussed with the provider: Plans for an assistant to care for the children while you are on a trip.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection as conducted beginning at 9:30 and ending at 10:45. There were 6 children in care, including the provider's own child. Children ranged in age from 4 months to 3 years of age. Ratio was appropriate. Children was observed playing with toys in the playroom. The baby was held, played with and cuddled. There is a wide range of age appropriate playthings for the children's use. Home is organized and nealy kept. Reviewed files for children who were present - all were in compliance Reviewed Family files - in compliance Emergency escape drills and shelter in place drills are up to date.
