An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Friday, January 27, 2017 from approximately 12:50pm to 3:00pm to determine the provider's compliance with licensing standards. In attendance were 11 non-resident children. The children were being supervised by three providers for a total of 30 points. The children were observed transitioning into naptime. Children slept on cots and in cribs with the required linens. The providers were observed interacting with the children and providing assistance when needed. The child care areas were filled with supplies and toys for the children. The outdoor play area was not inspected due to inclement weather. During the inspection, the licensing inspector reviewed the following: emergency supplies including first aid kit, battery operated weather radio, emergency plan, required postings, menu, providers? training hours and daily attendance. The provider stated medications are not being administered at this time. Transportation is not provided. During the inspection three children's and two providers? records were reviewed.
