An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 10:15am - 11:30am. There were five children in care ages 9 months, 2 years, 4 years, 4 years, 4 years for a total of 12 points. The children were observed participating in table top activities, writing activities, and crafts. Lunch served today is ham, scalloped potatoes, corn, apples, and milk. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 03/10/2017 and the most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 01/09/2017. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and three household member records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider is current in CPR, First Aid and MAT (medication administration training).
