Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 8:45 a.m. and ending at 10:30 a.m. with the provider and assistant. There were eight children in care ranging in age from seventeen months to three years of age and the provider's two children for a total of twenty-six points. Children were observed finishing breakfast. Breakfast today was peanut butter toast, peaches and milk. After breakfast, children prepared for outside time. Children were observed during outdoor play time. Four children's records, three provider records and one household member record was reviewed. Emergency drills were posted and up to date. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer medications to children in care.
