An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm. There were eleven children in care with the provider and assistant ages 4 months - 6 years old for a total of 25 points. The children were observed participating in outdoor play. Lunch served today is chicken and cheese on bun, peaches, milk, and green beans. The provider and assistant records were reviewed and in compliance. Eleven children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 7/26/17 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 3/27/17. The provider is current in CPR and First Aid. Description: Based on observation of the outdoor play equipment it was determined that not all outdoor equipment requirements were met. Evidence: There was a rope hanging from a piece of wood over the slide posing a hanging hazard.

Plan of Correction: This is a new swing set and the rope was removed during the inspection.
