Technical assistance today included record keeping and physical environment.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:30 - 11:30 am. There were 8 children present with the provider and assistant for 25 points. I observed children coloring and learning about shapes; dancing and singing to children's music; singing "Bah bah Black Sheep" and "AbC " songs; o rolling a ball in a circle and preparation for lunch. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on a review of records today, there was no documentation of current tuberculosis screenings for the provider and Household Member # 2. Evidence: The last TB screening present today for the provider was expired 1/17; and Household Member #3's paperwork expired 6/16. Plan of Correction: Everyone has had it done. I will FAX the results to your office.
Standard #: 22VAC40-191-40-D-1-c Description: Based on a review of background checks, one Sworn Disclosure Statement was expired for one household member. Plan of Correction: It will be signed.
