The provider is up-to-date with all trainings and required documents were posted. Children were observed collecting autumn leaves in the front yard and working on crafts. Two infants were observed napping. Cribs and diaper changing area were in compliance. The space was clean and contained an ample supply of age appropriate materials. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. For more information regarding this inspection, please contact email@example.com.
