The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection from 9:20am - 11:30am. Upon arrival, there were eight children in care for a total of twenty two points with two caregivers. The children were observed playing with the available toys and watching cartoons. Two caregiver's records, three household member's records and five children's records were reviewed. One violation from the previous inspection had been corrected. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-90-A Description: Based on record reviews, the family day home failed to obtain documentation of immunizations. Evidence: 1. The inspector reviewed five children's records. One of five records reviewed (child record #1) did not contain documentation of immunizations. Plan of Correction: The provider obtained a copy of the child's immunizations, but has misplaced the document. The provider will ask the child's parent to provide another copy of the child's immunizations.
