National fingerprinting will begin as early as January 2018, so please look for upcoming e-mail with procedures and scheduling. A new form is available on our website for reporting an injury that happens in day care that requires outside medical treatment.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with provider. There were six children present, ranging in age from 18 months to 4 years, totalling 13 points. The children were finishing lunch and reading books before rest. Lunch served today: turkey sandwiches, green beans, and milk. There are no medications on site today - Medication Administration Training is valid until 5/7/2019. Provider's first aid and CPR certification is valid until 10/15/2018. Two children's files were reviewed and are in compliance.
