Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on Monday, April 16, 2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were six (6) children present under the direct care & supervision of 1 caregiver. Ratios were within licensing requirements. The Provider continues to participate in the USDA Child Care Food Program, receives CACFP training, does not administer medication and does not provide transportation for the children in care. Children and staff/household records were reviewed during the inspection. A Licensing Renewal Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. An exit interview was conducted with the Provider on 4/16/2018. Please contact your Licensing Inspector at 540.309.2397 with questions or concerns.
