Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were no children present during today?s inspection. The Provider does not administer medication and does not provide transportation for the children in care. Children and staff/household records were reviewed during the inspection. A Licensing Monitoring Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. An exit interview was conducted with the Provider on 4/18/2018. Please contact your Licensing Inspector at 540.309.2397 with questions or concerns.
