Technical Assistance:
Discussed with provider their renewal application and reminded provider that the children need to play outside everyday.

Comments:
Today an unannounced Renewal inspection took place between 9:30am and 12:15pm. There were 11 children present with the provider and 1 assistant for a total of 29 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed being dropped off by their parents, pottying, being sung to and playing. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Description: Based on observation, the first aid kid did not contain the minimum supplies. Evidence: The first aid kit did not contain gloves or an ice pack.
