An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 11:40am and 12:40pm. 9 children (27pts) were present with 3 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, caregiver records, 4 children's records, attendance, evacuation drills and the menu were reviewed. Required documents were posted. No medications were on site. Children were observed watching a video and preparing for rest time. Diapering procedures were observed and were in compliance. Records were organized. The space was clean, organized and contained and abundance of age appropriate materials. Interactions between caregivers and children were positive. No violations were cited today.
