The children were observed playing with the available toys, playing with dress up clothes, during snacks and singing songs. Diaper changing was also observed. Two caregiver's records, two household member's records and five children's records were reviewed. Violations from the previous inspection were also reviewed and all had been corrected. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. If you have any questions, please contact your licensing inspector at (276) 608-3758. Thank you for your cooperation.
