Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted Monday, June 25, 2018 from approximately 12:00 PM to 1:40 PM to determine the provider's compliance with licensing standards. Some but not all standards were reviewed. In attendance were three non-resident children and two resident children. The children were being supervised by one caregiver during the inspection. There was a total of 10 points based on the children?s ages. Children were observed playing with toys, playing outside, washing their hands, eating lunch and transitioning into nap time. During the inspection the emergency supplies were inspected including the first aid kit, flashlight, and weather band radio. The menu, emergency drill logs, parent agreements and daily attendance were reviewed. The provider stated medication is not administered and transportation is not provided at this time. During the inspection, five children's records were reviewed. There have been no changes to the caregiver?s or household members? records since the initial April 2018 inspection. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, contact the licensing inspector, Lynn Powers at (804) 662-9790.
