An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider and two assistant caregivers were caring for 11 children, totaling 36 points. Children's records, caregiver training records, emergency preparedness items, children's nutrition, and the physical plant were inspected today. The provider reported that no children's medications were on site today. This inspection took place in the middle of the day. The children were observed finishing outdoor water play activities, eating lunch, and taking their afternoon nap.
