A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/30/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Four children were present with two caregivers for twelve points which is within points for supervision. Observed infant care, free play for preschool, children, household members and caregiver records as well as trainings. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
