Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-10:50am. There were 9 children (18 points) directly supervised by the provider and assistant. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today however the provider is appropriately trained to administer them. Children were observed playing downstairs with trucks and on the computer. Upstairs another group of children were playing "family" with dolls. Both groups were directly supervised by a caregiver. Interactions were observed to be positive and constructive in nature. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. No violations were cited during today's inspection..
