The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from approximately 12:30 pm to 1: 45 pm to determine the provider's compliance with licensing standards at the family day home. During this inspection, there were six children present totaling twelve point being supervised by the provider. The licensing inspector completed observations of the children in care napping in the designated areas ad interacting with the caregiver during the inspection. The first aid kit and emergency supplies, emergency contacts, and menu, fire and shelter-in-place drills, were reviewed by the inspector. During this inspection, there were six children's records, one provider's record, and two household member's records were reviewed by the inspector. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based on review of children's record, the caregiver did not ensure to contain all required information. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on October 17, 2018, in Child#2's record (start date 10/01/18) the name, address, and telephone number of one of the parent's place of employment was missing. Plan of Correction: The mom provided the information via text message and the information was included in the child's record during the inspection.
