Technical Assistance:
? New subsidy requirements became effective on October 17, 2018. The facility has not yet complied with the following requirement(s): 22VAC40-665-400, which is the procedures for the continuity of operations to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency must be included in the emergency plan. ? The facility is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 9:00am & 11:00am, there were 2 children with 2 direct caregivers. Physical plant, staff and children records, programming and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
