Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/29/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 11:45am. There were 9 children in care for a total of 22 points with three caregivers. The children were observed playing and watching cartoons. Three caregiver?s records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. If you have any questions, please contact your licensing inspector at (276) 608-3758. Thank you for your cooperation. New subsidy requirements became effective on October 17, 2018. The facility has not yet complied with the following requirement: 22VAC40-665-400. The facility is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance.
