63.2 Licensure and Registration Procedures

A Renewal inspection was conducted today with the provider and one assistant. Six children were in care with a total of 13 points. The children were observed during free play. No children were on medications. All required paper work was posted. Three household members and six children's records were reviewed. Description: Based on review and interview with the provider 16 hours of annual training were not completed. Evidence: The provider completed12 hours of annual training and Assistant A completed 12 hours of annual training.

Plan of Correction: We will complete the missing hours and the required hours.

Standard #: 63.2-1720.1-B-2
Description: Based on review and interviews not everyone completed the Office of Background investigations (OBI. Evidence: Assistant A has not had a finger print back ground check competed.

Plan of Correction: I will have a check done.
