A Subsidy Health nd Safety inspection was conducted on 10/09/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Today's inspection was conducted from 8:15am to 9:15am. 6 children (16pts) were present with 2 caregivers. A third caregiver arrived during the inspection. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, attendance records, hand washing/diapering procedures, food service area, emergency supplies and drills, injury reports, children's records and caregiver records were reviewed. Required documents were posted. Hazardous substances were discussed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
