An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 10:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. There were 2 children in care with the provider ages 2 years and 18 months for a total of 5 points. The children were observed eating a snack and participating in free play. Lunch served today is chicken, apples, rice, and milk. Two children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider record and two household member records were reviewed. One medication was reviewed and in compliance. The provider is current in CPR, First Aid, and EMAT (Emergency Medication Administration Training). The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 02/22/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 01/18/2019. Description: Based on review of two household member record's it was determined that not all TB (tuberculosis) screenings were repeated every two years. Evidence: The most recent TB screening on file for Household Member A was dated 01/16/2017 and the most recent TB screening on file for Household Member B was dated 02/22/2017.

Plan of Correction: Household Member A and B have obtained a TB screening and are awaiting the results from their physician.
