Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 11:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. There were 8 children in care with the provider and 2 assistants ages 2 months, 4 months, 8 months, 15 months, 22 months, 22 months, 23 months, and 2 years old for a total of 26 points. The children were observed participating in free play and eating lunch. Lunch served today is chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, peas, and milk. Eight children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider, two assistants and four household member records were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 02/28/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 10/24/2018. There are reportedly no medications being administered to children in the family day home at this time.
