Technical Assistance:
Discussed annual Virginia health and safety update training for all caregivers. Discussed substantive changes to the vendor agreement to include procedures for the continuity of operations to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency.

Comments:
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 03/29/2019 from 11:05am - 12:30pm. A renewal inspection was additionally conducted as this home is a licensed family day home. There were six children in care with two caregivers. The ages of the children counted for a total of 15 points. Children were observed playing games, singing songs and reading books with the assistant caregiver. Lunch and nap was additionally reviewed. Records reviewed for two caregivers and the six children in care.
