Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 11:15 a.m. and ending at 12:15 p.m. with the provider. There were three children in care ranging in age from eight months to twenty months for a total of eleven points. Children were observed having free play with various toys. Two infants were observed being fed bottles. An older child was observed during lunch. Meals are brought from home. Hand washing procedures were observed.
